1. Allow to change the date/time and
other relevant values of an event
on creation and after it was created.
2. Harmonize layout file names and
variable names.

The LunaEvent class treats quantities of 0
as a value to set. To workaround this, the
quantity index needs to start at >0.

NumericUtils: provide fallback for LocaleData.getMeasurementSystem
...
LocaleData.getMeasurementSystem is available at API level 28
but the app supports API level 21.
